		<description>That&#039;s very true. Whether a company wants to or not, employees will take what they do in their own time and apply it to their work. It would be much easier to manage and promote if all these things wee centrally managed by the company, rather than ad-hoc by each employee.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Good point!</description>

Something interesting I noticed was that while some adoption measures were lagging, such as an official QUT library blog, staff are employing tools on their own accord. Like Emma&#039;s library/web 2 tech blog. Whether companies are eager to adopt certain tools or not, it is clear that employees are employing tools themselves and this should be a good indication for companies that they must keep up with the latest web 2 tools for business and functionality purposes.</description>
